Stay Organized

is the ideal phone for an active and busy life. Calendar, email, notes, reminders - all available at the touch of your finger.

Choose how you want to use your phone. Make a call, listen to a song, visit a Web site. Use the key control - or just touch the screen with your finger to make it happen.  The 5 megapixel camera lets you take print-quality photos. Set your picture’s focus area by touching the screen. Take your photo, then share - blog it.  What you can do with pen and paper, you can do with your G900. Press the Notes key and use the stylus to write in your own handwriting. Quick and easy, no keyboard needed.

G900 is the flagship model of the new line and it’s positioned in the high-class. The phone is based on Symbian UIQ without making it hard to use. Its main purpose is to offer intuitive work, and the OS will simply widen the organizing options. Like its smaller brother G700, the flagship model is equipped wit a touchscreen, on which you can write or draw notes. In contrast to it though, it has a 5-megapixel camera and Wi-Fi support, respectively for quality photographs and Internet access.

The phone has a strict look about it and is done in black graphite color. The only designer element is a textured grey stripe on the side; while it looks pretty interesting, I don’t think it fits the overall design very well. There aren’t too many additional keys - the power button is traditionally located at the top of the phone, the volume control is on the side and the block as well as camera buttons are located below it.

Altec Lansing FX5051

The metal bases, holding the speakers up from a single stud in the rear are well designed, with four long rubber strips underneath each one to prevent slipping across the desk. Despite the stud in the rear, routing cables from the backs of the satellites is incredibly easy thanks to [...]

Creative Gigaworks G500
19 Mar 2010

Within the computer space, speaker technology has developed in leaps and bounds over recent years with companies like Creative, Logitech and formerly Videologic producing speakers that have gained respect, albeit grudgingly, from audio professionals. After all, having a sound card with the processing power of a nuclear station counts for [...]

Hercules XPS 5.1 70
19 Mar 2010

Hercules’ XPS 5.1 70 has a silvery plastic finish that looks a little tacky. At least the low-profile centre speaker fits neatly under a monitor. A solitary bass knob on the back of the subwoofer is the only means of tone control, while a volume knob and headphone socket are integrated into the right satellite. With a [...]

The W950i is Sony Ericsson’s flagship Walkman? phone, and is one of the most unusual phones to be released in 2006. The Sony Ericsson W950i is a Walkman phone for the European market. Motorola Razr Maxx
18 Mar 2010

This is not the best RAZR we’ve seen, that honor is still held by the RAZR V3xx. Still, this phone does have a couple of advantages over the AT&T device. First, we like the updated look of the Maxx, it provides a nice evolutionary bridge between this phone and the KRZR. Second, the camera on [...]
